First game in New Stadium

Yesterday Bayley I went to the first game in the New Cardinals Stadium. It was a great experience. I loved seeing so many fans cheering for my team. I grew up an Arizona native and have always envied football towns like Pittsburgh, New England, and Greenbay where they sell out every game and the crowd just lives and dies for the team. Well Arizona has been the exact opposite. Our team always stinks and we have very little full time fans. This year is supposed to be the year we do well and maybe even make the playoffs. But I took no chances. I wanted to see what a sold out stadium looked like and I knew the first game with all of the new hype would be my best bet. The best part about the whole experience was that Bayley was looking forward to this almost as much as I was. This football season is going to be so great with Bayley watching the games with me. I was able to sneak my video camera in and film the beginning of the game when the crowd was the loudest. I have already watched it 4 times. The stadium was incredible. The atmosphere was everything I expected and wanted. Football season is finally here and it feels good.

BTW ... This was not Bayley's First NFL game. I took him to a Cardinals game when he was about 4 months old. Once I get the Scanner connected I will copy the scrapbook page of that day. It is pretty funny.

I hope you guys like your PUNK of a quarterback Matt Lienhart, still hasn't signed. I would love to see an NFL football game. Sorry I have a little bias since OU got spanked by USC last year. I really hope Arizona does well. They are more than due.
